2.1 You, AI colleagues, and your digital twin

You are responsible for goals, resources, and final decisions. AI colleagues carry out role-specific work. Your digital twin keeps observations about your personal habits.

AI colleagues focus on a role

A colleague is defined by its responsibilities, business scope, skills, knowledge, and tool permissions. A research colleague and a marketing colleague may use the same skill to summarize material, but sharing a skill does not give them the same data access or write permissions.

In the current product, “distilling role skills” means organizing methods, configuration, and experience into reusable capabilities. It does not mean training new model weights.

Your digital twin focuses on you

The twin's private habit samples are stored separately from a role's business memories. Habit observations can currently be saved, but that does not mean regular conversations already use those samples automatically. See Automatic memory for the precise boundary.

Why the distinction matters

The steps a role follows to write a reportSkills and role configuration

The current personal edition is designed for one human user. Having several colleagues in a group does not mean enterprise accounts for multiple people or organizational permissions are already available.
