1.1 Meet Teloa
Teloa lets you organize AI colleagues in a group: assign work, provide reference material, follow progress, and review results. You decide the goals and permissions; colleagues carry out their respective responsibilities.
How work unfolds
- Choose a business area: Keep related colleagues, reference material, and tools together. Use General work for tasks without a specific business area.
- Assign roles: Define responsibilities such as research, writing, or review, and give each colleague the knowledge and skills they need.
- Collaborate in a group: Add context, mention the colleague responsible, and discuss work in progress. Create a task when you need formal tracking.
- Review the deliverables: Check execution records and results, and handle anything that needs your decision or authorization.
- Reuse what you learn: Save recurring work as templates and schedule it with automations. Auto Dream summarizes the work and automatically saves eligible memories.

What is available today
These docs cover the current development version of the personal Web Alpha. The service runs on your device, and you pay for your own model usage. Here, a team primarily means one person leading several AI colleagues. Management of human team members in an enterprise, the Pro client, and Cloud hosting are planned for later releases.
Business areas and groups can already organize work. A separate persistent project layer has not been fully delivered, so do not expect the same project features or entry points you may know from other tools. See Editions and distribution for the current boundaries.
