What you will see

• Teloa official catalog: the market's Skills category and home page gain an official catalog section. The first four skills come from public repositories by OpenAI, Anthropic and Hermes Agent; each is pinned to one upstream commit and every file's content digest is checked.
• Compatibility labels: each skill is marked "Verified version", "Needs configuration", "Content adapted only" or "Not supported" before you add it.
• Create a skill in one sentence: creating a skill in Teloa automatically loads the built-in skill creator, which helps shape the name, description, when to use it and the body before handing it to you for confirmation.
• Import from a GitHub subdirectory: import a single skill folder from a repository instead of the whole repository.

Boundaries

• The official catalog is fixed with the software version and does not update while running.
• The built-in skill creator is only loaded when creating a skill; it does not appear in the capability catalog and cannot be written into a role's skills.
• Skill names starting with teloa- are reserved for built-in skills and cannot be installed from outside.
• Content imported from GitHub has not been reviewed by Teloa, and the page says so.

Not finished yet

A public online market index, ratings and reviews, and a review process for developer submissions are not implemented. How to submit is currently described only in the repository.
